  • We support many fire security system technology types and makes. If we can’t support a product, say because of access to operating software, unlike others, we won’t cheat a client by bluffing our way in the door, pretending to be something that we’re not. We will say so.
  • Our clients are kept informed with up to the minute events and a completely transparent audit trail in everything we do right down to the swift despatch of completed reports via PDF email. This is because we operate state of the art field management software and tablet PC technology. Our engineer’s vehicles are tracked meaning we can advise of accurate ETA for an emergency, not just a wild guess.
  • To help manage operating cost, we give our clients access to remote diagnostic facility (subject to compatibility). This will normally flag a potential issue before it occurs, meaning unnecessary site attendances can be reduced, also helping the planet as well.
  • On large or multi-site contracts, we report our progress to clients at their defined frequency, against pre-agreed performance KPI’s. We also manage future expectations by discussing a forward work plan for the ensuing period.
  • Finally, Combine all this with the flexibility of our service agreements, we have a “can do” attitude, a commitment for ongoing staff development, all of the right accreditations for competency, innovative partnership offerings (ranging from lightning protection to fire safety training), a flat management structure, and long term supplier relations, we continue to retain our clients confidence and satisfaction for the long term.
