The 02 Performance Wall

Uxbridge based Titan Fire + Security have recently completed a project on the site of the former Millennium Dome now transformed into The 02 one of the UK`s most technically advanced music, sports and entertainment venues.

The project known as The Performance Wall houses a giant video screen delivering information to the public on events taking place at the complex.

Titan were invited to design a life safety system for this very unique project and selected a Gent Vigilon analogue addressable fire detection and alarm system integrated with Wagner high sensitivity air sampling systems which were installed to all levels within the performance wall.

The systems were completed within a very tight timescale and on budget.

Titan are an approved Gent Elite Systems Integrator who offer cost effective system solutions tailored to the clients precise requirements and have been designing, installing & maintaining life safety systems and associated services since 1984.

The 02 will play host for the 2012 Olympics Games in both the gymnastics and basketball finals.
