Our Belief

We have one belief – To simply give our clients consistent, reliable, competent service support delivered by “can do” people that want to give 110% day in, day out.

Our clients’ requirements and operating environments vary immensely, so we adapt rapidly.

We operate in waste recycling, heritage, sports stadia, data centres, care homes & hospitals, distribution, schools, universities, government agencies, and we swiftly understand client needs accordingly.

Rest assured we have the right insurances, right competencies, right health & safety ethos, and the right staff - who are vetted by the disclosure and barring service- click here to see the evidence here

All of this is of no use whatsoever if we do not constantly delight our clients by delivering reliable, trustworthy, and exceptional value for money, and treating our clients like we would want to be treated ourselves.

We constantly collect client feedback regarding satisfaction levels, suggestions and improvements. The testimonials you see on our website are raw, untouched and genuine.

Finally we won’t cut corners, it could cost lives. We believe that there are no shortcuts to safety.

Company History

As you can see from this picture, by 1988, big side burns were out, and the Ford Escort was in. We wore red uniforms and carried tool boxes heavy enough to qualify us as semi-pro weight lifters.

We spit in the eye of economic recessions, others fell by the wayside. Our commitment to saving lives and protecting assets has never changed since day one.

Over time, Titan has established itself as a well-known name in fire safety engineering world, and our 30 year journey has given us exceptional experience and variety.

This experience means that we better understand and treat the needs of each client on individual basis, and have further grown with the ongoing development of more innovative support services for our clients.

Managing Director, Tony Hanley comments: “My job is to make sure we deliver the best in customer service through the training and development of Industry talent and expertise, so that Titan is the employer, and supplier, of choice”.

Tony has also been a contributing member of the Fire Industry Association for many years, serving on a voluntary basis as a Board Director, (voted by the members). 2015 will be the 4th two year term, of office. Tony maintains “No matter how sophisticated or reliable fire security system technology and products become, they are useless, if they end up in the wrong hands. There simply are No Shortcuts to Safety. Safety is an Absolute”.

We Proudly Support These Charities

We take our corporate and social responsibility very seriously. We can’t fix everything, but we do our best to support causes for differing reasons.

Our Continuing support goes annually to “Crisis”, a charity that addresses homelessness. As a business, we do this by donating our labour and supplying materials to deliver fire detection and alarm systems prior in temporary shelters, in London prior to occupation over the Christmas period, as believe it or not, even temporary shelters for the homeless must comply with the requirements of the RR(FS)O.

We encourage staff & clients in raising funds by having some fun as well - Here is a selection of charities that we have supported in over 30 years of trading, click on the logo to visit the respective website.

Titan were proud to co-sponsor Sarah Outen - the first woman and the youngest person to row solo across the Indian Ocean and also the Pacific Ocean from Japan to Alaska.

We were delighted to see Sarah back triumphant and all in one piece - she is probably the feistiest and bravest person to take on such an incredible challenge and live to tell the tale !

Sarah's epic adventures has been an inspiration to us all at Titan as well as the many thousands of people that she has addressed over time as a motivational speaker - She will no doubt be planning yet another epic adventure which you can see here http://www.sarahouten.com/

We wish Sarah all the very best and the safest of trips - as Safety is an Absolute.
